Privacy policy

Your data is processed by Autodrom.me. For any privacy question write to the address on the Contact page.

Account data: e-mail, name, password in hashed form, optionally phone and city, language and sign-up date.

Listing data: vehicle specifications, photos, description, price, city, contact phone, and — if you enter them — the VIN and viewing location.

Messages between buyer and seller, saved searches and your saved listings.

Technical data: IP address and browser details in server logs, kept for security and debugging.

A listing, its photos, its specifications and the seller's name (or company name) are visible to everyone, including search engines.

The phone number stays hidden until a visitor presses “Show phone”. The WhatsApp and Viber buttons appear only then, because those links contain the number.

If you enter a VIN it is shown among the listing's specifications. Leave it out if you would rather it were not public.

E-mail addresses are never shown.

To provide the service: your account, publishing listings, search, messages and notifications.

For each listing we count views and how often the phone number was requested. These are aggregate figures, not tied to an individual visitor.

Site visits are counted once per browser per day, in aggregate only. We do not use Google Analytics or anything like it.

Cookies: your sign-in session, the chosen theme and the chosen language. All three are needed for the site to work as you set it up.

In your browser's storage we keep small conveniences: saved listings for signed-out visitors, the “already viewed” marks, and your last used filters. That data stays on your device.

We have no third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

Our servers are in Germany (Hetzner).

We use Resend to send e-mail — confirmations, reminders and notifications.

If you sign in with Google, Google passes us your name and e-mail address.

Dealer pages show a map through Google Maps. When you open such a page, Google sees your IP address. There is no map on other pages.

We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for advertising.

A listing is active for 60 days, after which it expires and is no longer publicly visible. Unfinished drafts are deleted automatically.

Account data is kept while the account exists. Messages are kept while the accounts in the conversation exist.

You may request access to your data, its correction, deletion of your account, and object to processing.

We may update this policy as the site develops. The date of the last change is shown at the top of this page.
